Every class is designed to support sustainable health and mindful movement.

High-Energy & Core Connection Sessions

These formats are designed to build cardiovascular strength, total-body stability, and deep core resilience.

  • Cycle/Sculpt Class: Power meets precision in this musically driven cycling class that incorporates light weights and choreography for a total-body burn. Available early mornings and evenings.

  • TRX Class: A foundational class that uses bodyweight suspension training to build total-body strength, stability, and flexibility. Ideal for all fitness levels, this session emphasizes functional movement and proper alignment.

  • Power Mat Pilates Class: A dynamic form of Pilates that combines traditional exercises with a focus on strength, flexibility, and core stability. Emphasizes controlled movements and breath to enhance overall body awareness and posture.

  • Bands & Booty Sculpt Class: A dynamic workout designed to target and tone the lower body, focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, and thighs, incorporating resistance bands for added strength and sculpting.

Dual-Format Hybrid Sessions

Can't choose between cardio and core? Our 50/50 sessions combine formats for a complete, balanced workout.

  • 50/50 Cycle & Pilates Class: Spend the first 25 minutes on the bike building endurance and power, then transition to the mat for 25 minutes of Pilates to tone and sculpt your core.

  • 50/50 Cycle & TRX Class: This class pairs 25 minutes of high-energy cycling to boost your cardio endurance with 25 minutes of TRX suspension training to build strength, stability, and core power.

Flow, Flexibility & Restorative Sessions

Find peace, improve mobility, and enhance your mind-body connection in these slower, mindful formats.

  • Restorative Yoga + Nidra Class: A deeply relaxing class that combines restorative yoga postures to gently open and relax the body, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to calm the mind and promote deep rest and inner peace.

  • Mindful Movement & Sound Workshop: A special event combining gentle movement, soothing sounds, and mindfulness practices to help you unwind and destress. Reconnect, rebalance, and recharge.

  • Line Dancing Class: Offers a fun and social way to exercise, learn choreographed routines, and improve coordination to various music genres. Accessible to all skill levels, no partner needed!
