Marykate Duggan founded ELE with a passion for empowering others through health and fitness. Specializing in Group Fitness, Cycle, and Mat Pilates, Marykate takes a holistic approach to movement, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and confidence both in and outside the studio. She holds a strong belief in the importance of consistency, discipline, and mindset, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels motivated. Marykate is committed to guiding you through every step of your fitness journey, ensuring your tailored program is effective, fun, and aligned with your unique needs.

A Vinyasa Yoga Instructor and Southwest Florida native. Lily believes yoga is a profound tool for elevation, focusing on sharing ancient practices of movement and breath. While strength and mobility are beautiful side effects, she emphasizes the immense spiritual and mental benefits this practice offers.

With 20+ years of competitive gymnastics and 15 years of ultramarathon running experience, Jamie translates her dedication as a former athlete into expert coaching.

A former high school athlete who found a love for cycling and enjoys teaching all levels, ensuring both seasoned riders and beginners get the best out of their Cycle Classes Naples.

Provides energetic fitness sessions with high-energy playlists, committed to helping all riders, from beginner to experienced, hit their fitness goals while having a blast.

With a passion for teaching and fitness, Theresa started her journey as a highschool Volleyball coach and has evolved with fitness training and strength training. Her journey has led her to help others become the best version of themselves.
